From Thailand to Typing

Hello and a big happy Friday to you!

I write this blog post today from a troubled Thailand - where I am currently stranded, after anti-Government protestors took over the two main airports in Bangkok.

It'll all sort out over the next few days - peacefully, I hope - however I've spent the past few days waiting to return home.

Now, as regular readers know, I've been planning on writing a couple of new self-development books, which I intend to release early next year.

This morning, I decided to put pen to paper (or rather, finger to keyboard) and tap out my first draft. While hanging around.

I spent a couple of disjointed hours working - between swimming in the ocean and relaxing in the various local bars.

And I've already finished over 40% of the final book.

Absolutely amazing.

My first book took a full month to write. My second took a month working just evenings. It looks like the next couple will take a week in total. If that.

How is it possible to knock out a book so quickly?

Well... it's not what you know... it's who you know!

If you've got a book inside that you'd like to get out - and quickly - I'd like to recommend a great friend of mine.

He's called Nick Daws - and in his course, "How to Write Any Book in 28 Days - Or Less!", he shares the techniques YOU can use to do the exact same thing.

Now I can't recommend this course enough. I really can't.

His many "secret" methods - especially "blueprinting" - work absolute wonders. He'll enable you to creatively write a WONDERFUL book - working just minutes a day.

So if you've got a book burning inside of you, fiction or non-fiction, let me recommend Nick's course to you:

http://www.writequickly.com/

I personally recommend it.

And at this rate - by the time I get home, I'll have finished both of my own!

See you soon :)

A Worthwhile Project

Yes - Monday was a big day for me.

It was the official launch date of the Brain Evolution System - a brainwave program with over 10,000 users worldwide.

It had previously only been available by direct recommendation.

And yet on Monday, after almost a year of further development, it was finally unveiled to the public.

Now - the Brain Evolution System has cost over half-a-million dollars to bring to it's current state.

From the R&D back in 2005, to testing groups in 2006, from television recordings in 2007, to packaging and redesign in 2008 - it's involved experts from ALL CORNERS of the globe.

But it's been worthwhile.

You see, just by listening to these simple CDs, you can sharpen your thinking, boost your happiness, increase your energy, improve your relationships, and much more.

And I'm raving about it - because it truly works.

Just visit the following website to learn more about the science - and click the order button to try it out for yourself:

http://www.gobrainev.com/

Remember, it costs $0.00 to get started - and if you continue your trial, you get a further 7 months to ask for every penny of your money back.

That's the kind of confident offer you won't find with Holosync or the Monroe Institute.

So visit the site - and check it out for yourself.

In the meantime, I'd like to leave you with a few photos from the recent Brain Evolution System album...

Lee Benson and Ashley Hall in Dovedale, Derbyshire, UK - recording natural sounds to use in the Brain Evolution System. Learn more.

Comparison snapshot of brainwave readings, from an EEG machine - before and after 15 minutes of Brain Evolution System usage. Learn more.

Brainwave pioneer Michael Kelley chats about the Brain Evolution System in Atlantis Studios, USA - a feature later to be aired on US television. Watch the video.

Brainwaves 101

Enjoy limitless energy. Improve your relationships. Enjoy creative rushes. Rocket your IQ. Think faster and sharper.

... All by slipping on your headphones!

Yes, those are the kind of benefits you can enjoy when you get your brainwaves into a state of peak performance - using a process known as "brainwave entrainment."

You get the kind of benefits a Zen monk experiences after decades of contemplative practice.

Yet you start receiving these benefits within weeks.

And, after all - who has a spare 70,000 hours to spend meditating these days?

BUT - How does the science behind brainwaves work?

And how can creating specialised recordings influence your brainwave patterns?

Today, I'd like to share a video from brainwave pioneer Michael Kelley - who helped to develop the Brain Evolution System.

He'll explain how this "brainwave entrainment" program works - and how over 150 years of brainwave research can benefit YOU.

BrainEv on US Television

You may remember that yesterday I discussed the "Brain Evolution System."

Now, "BrainEv" is a 6-CD brainwave program that puts your brain into a state of peak performance.

Bringing you awesome life benefits - such as sharper thinking, greater creativity, unlimited energy, an immunity to stress, and much more.

I've followed the program myself - and enjoyed the amazing results.

That's why in December 2007, I took over as the director of the company - and worked with the team to get this program out to the world.

And it was all unleashed YESTERDAY - November 3rd, 2008.

Today, I'd like to share a video with you to explain precisely what the Brain Evolution System is all about.

This is a feature aired on US television yesterday - and features the BrainEv Labs chief developer, Michael Kelley.

Just listen in to learn more about "BrainEv" - I'm sure you'll be interested in what he has to say.

A Rare Recommendation

Today is November 3rd, 2008.

And that means it's a very special launch day. A day that has taken almost a year to arrive - and has personally cost me over $400,000 to bring to fruition.

Let me start from the beginning.

Many of my regular readers will know that I'm a big fan of "brainwave technology."

That is, the science of listening to certain specialised "sounds" - and having them influence your brainwave patterns.

Bringing about key states of mind - such as deep relaxation, sharper thinking, creative bursts, greater energy.

Early 2006, I discovered the *ultimate* brainwave system.

At that time, it was only available via direct recommendation. I even shared it with readers of this blog.

It was called the Brain Evolution System.

And the program was developed by self-development leader Lee Benson, and brainwave pioneer Michael Kelley.

I loved the system so much, that in December 2007, I made moves to take over development and publicity of the program - and purchased a majority stake in the company for upward of $400,000.

Why?

Because this 6-CD program has the ability to change lives.

Just listen to each CD for 30 minutes a day - and you'll set your brainwaves into a state of peak performance that will make you unbeatable.

It's being RAVED about by industry leaders such as Mark Joyner (of Simpleology.com) and David Riklan (owner of the #1 self-development website, SelfGrowth.com).

And today - after eleven months of behind-the-scenes development - the full program has FINALLY launched to the public.

You can learn more about this announcement by reading the official press release by clicking here.

Now, most people reading this will know that I rarely make direct recommendations.

I only ever back the very REAL self-development tools that I believe make a difference.

The Brain Evolution System is one of the few tools that has the ability to truly change how you live your life, forever.

So, I invite you to discover more, online at:

http://www.gobrainev.com/

It won't cost you a penny to try it out.

Over the next couple of days, I'd like to post a few messages to tell you more about the technology - then I'll get back to all of my normal posts.

But as I've spent the past year working on this, I'd really like to share some of my exciting findings with you.

See you again soon! :)

It's Coming. Tomorrow.

It arrives tomorrow.

November 3rd, 2008.

It can make you happier. Bring you greater success. Help relieve stress. Sharpen your thinking. Rocket your creativity.

And it won't cost you a penny to discover it for yourself.

What is it?

Click play to listen to me talk about this new phenomenon of science:

And remember.

It's coming. Tomorrow.

Filming of The Meta Secret

Today, I find myself in glorious Frankfurt - truly living up the life of an online blogger.

I am visiting Deustchland in search of Dr Mel Gill - for filming of The Meta Secret.

Now, The Meta Secret is truly a film to rival the self-help phenomenon that was The Secret.

It centres around a fantastic story with some great actors - which actually tells of Mel's own search for the meaning of life.

You can view the trailer for the film online at www.metasecret.com.

But a picture tells a thousand words. So, here are my travels from this morning...

DSC00546

Central Station - with Atlas holding the fort. (Remember, Atlas carries the Heavens, not the World!)

DSC00545

Heading out down toward the Frankfurt Book Fair, on the very last of it's five days.

DSC00536

Welcome to Frankfurt Book Fair - held in the city for over 500 years. Nearby you'll find the home of Gutenberg, inventor of the world's first printing press.

DSC00538

Enter the abyss. Five days, 7,000 exhibitors, 100 countries, and 300,000 visitors. Massive building: it took me 30 minutes to walk to the hall I wanted!

 DSC00522

I arrive at The Meta Secret stand - only to find my face published on every DVD around. I am listed as one of the 12 core teachers from the film...

DSC00533

Then recording begins. Live - at the exhibition - in front of everyone! People are taking photos - and afterwards, I'm interviewed by a German journalist for a British newspaper.

DSC00532

Finally - after a couple of hours filming, and a further couple of hours chatting to publishers and journalists, I manage to find myself a salad bar - and a glass of wine.

DSC00526

We may have a little further filming to do over the coming month or so - however watch out for The Meta Secret.

This film is going to make it big. Put it this way - when I was there, Borders were scrambling to stock it in their European stores.

It's coming out January 2009.

And, strangely, it features me.

What a glorious day! :)

What's Your Secret?

Sometimes it's great to get things off our chest.

And that's why I really like the website, PostSecret.

If you haven't seen this art-blog yet, it invites people to send in their secrets - anonymously - on postcards.

They're then posted on the blog, one each day.

They're brutally honest, invariably inspirational - and all reassuringly human.

If you haven't discovered it yet, visit the site at http://postsecret.blogspot.com/ - and consider sending in your postcard.

I have.

Can you guess which one it is?

Learn more about PostSecret at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PostSecret - or see a BBC feature about by clicking here.

The 10-Step Karl Moore Diet!

Struggling with your diet? Need to lose a few pounds?

At the request of many friends and readers, today I'm slapping together details of the "Karl Moore diet plan" I've been following the past couple of months.

Now, I'm going to tell you something. This plan works.

It involves a few changes to your eating habits... a little moderate exercise... and one *really fun* day every week...

But it has not only reduced my high blood pressure back down to normal rates, it's also taken me from a 34" waist right down to a very slim 30".

Goodbye belly.

A number of individuals have asked how it works - so in the spirit of my friend, Rebecca Marina, who always shares her great dieting tips with readers - here are my 10 simple rules.

The Karl Moore Diet:

Rule 1: Absolutely NO bread, potatoes, paste, rice or wraps.

Rule 2: Don't be stupid. Cut out "bad" foods like chocolate and crisps.

Rule 3: Enjoy SIMPLE meals. Fish, vegetables, some light meats. Typical dishes for me: smoked salmon with dill sauce... a simple kitchen salad... grilled chicken breast...

Rule 4: Allow yourself unlimited mushy peas! Low in fat, low in energy density, high in fibre and protein, these are the secret to a great diet. Mix with a tablespoon of mint sauce for flavour. One tin constitutes a meal.

Rule 5: Eat so that hunger is removed, but NOT so that you feel full. (This, incidentally, is the secret to living beyond 100!) Get out of the emotion and habitual cravings for food we all have. This is CRITICAL! Are you REALLY hungry? Make sure first!

Rule 6: Do not limit yourself on "special foods." For example, I don't limit the amount of salad cream I put on salads... or the amount of alcohol I drink. I am NOT a traditional calorie counter!

Rule 7: DRINK lots of water. Especially sugar-free flavoured water.

Rule 8: Take MULTI-VITAMINS every single day, to ensure you get enough of everything. I usually take a couple just to make sure.

Rule 9: Start WALKING MORE. And make it consistent. I currently walk for 40 to 60 minutes every single day. That's 3-4 miles. Find a nice route (I live in the city and walk out to the countryside), get an iPod, breathe deeply with every few steps - and just do it. Every day. STICK to it!

Rule 10: ONCE A WEEK... SPLURGE OUT! Purposefully OVERLOAD on calories to ensure that your metabolism doesn't slow down and your body "get used" to less food. Every Saturday, I overload on Snickers, chip butties, chocolate, and all the things I do NOT eat during the week. Including bread and everything else. It makes a GREAT CHANGE... and helps you lose even MORE weight! (Splurging is actually quite hard as first. Forget the guilt - and lap it up!)

* * *

Now, remember - I'm not a physician, so consult your doctor before undertaking any new diet regime.

However it works for me - and I've seen dramatic results - without feeling that I've "suffered" or felt hungry at any point.

I'd be interested in feedback from any nutritionists that may be reading.

But give it a go - and I look forward to hearing your success stories! :)

Be Careful What You Wish For

I never cease to be amazed by the power of the mind and, more specifically, the power behind a thought.

According to the Oxford dictionary, a thought is an idea or intention and a process or power of thinking.

But a thought is so much more; it has the potential to change our reality.

The mind is a powerhouse of thoughts. It is constantly processing data received from internal voluntary and involuntary physical processes, from external stimulus recorded by the senses, and from conscious and sub-conscious thoughts.

The mind is also potentially receiving transmissions from other sources not yet understood.

The mind really is a spectacular super-computer.

But just like your everyday computer, you need to be very careful when it comes to programming information in order to avoid conflicts or undesirable changes.

Your thoughts create your reality.

Choosing your thoughts and, more significantly, choosing how to react to those thoughts make all the difference when it comes to your life experiences.

So, it's extremely important to be careful what you wish for!

If your thoughts dwell mostly on the negative, you're going to attract negative experiences. Remember ... that's what you're programming your mind to receive.

Focus your intentions on the positive and you begin to attract positive experiences.

If you're a little sceptical about just how influential your thoughts actually are, then put your intentions to the test.

The Quantum Cookbook or Advanced Cosmic Ordering will give you a solid introduction on the power of thought and you'll also find plenty of guidance on how to attract abundance and create the reality that you'd really like.

In the meantime, just be careful what you wish for today.

You never know - it could come true!

How to Live to 101!

I don't know about you, but I plan to live until I'm 100.

So far, so good.

And that's one reason I really enjoyed reading this fantastic little article on the BBC's news site:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/7250675.stm

It's all about how you can reach your own century, just by copying what other people in older-living regions do.

From residing in a more stable climate, to only eating until you're 80% full, it's a fascinating little article. You might just want to check it out. Same for the related Horizon feature:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sn/tvradio/programmes/

And here's another nice little resource that I personally helped edit a few weeks ago:

http://www.fiverituals.com/

The Five Rituals are a series of ancient exercises that can supposedly knock 30 years off your look -- in just 10 minutes a day.

Check them out. And stay young!

Happy Thursday! :)

The Quantum Cookbook

Today, a quick recommendation...

Have you ever tried MANIFESTING?

It's the current craze for many in the self-development community. Following the surprising hit of "The Secret" and "What The Bleep," most viewers went on to dabble with cosmic ordering... manifesting... attracting... quantum physics...

... Whatever you wish to call it.

But few people got any REAL results.

Today, I'd like to recommend a course that REALLY brings results.

Here's the link: http://www.quantumcookbook.com/

I rarely feature commercial sites on the blog, but this one is good enough to warrant a few minutes attention.

Check it out. I've seen the course myself and can highly recommend it's contents.

I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised.

Happy Sunday!

Meditate Like a Zen Monk!

Quick recommendation today!

We all know that meditation can help truly ROCKET our self-development.

And we all know that we should be doing it every day.

But how many of us actually DO?

It takes incredible patience - and, if you're honest, it can be more than a little boring.

Which is why I often use binaural beats ("brainwave" CDs) to help get into that deep meditative state -- in just a matter of minutes.

No more years of training to touch those deepest brainwave modes while conscious.

Just slip on a pair of headphones, listen to the pleasant sounds for a few moments, and you're there.

Long-standing issues drop away. Fantastic insights into the universe are gained. You're meditating like a true Zen monk.

Well, a new binaural beat CD program has just been released that is perfect for the job.

It's called, quite simply, the Meditation Program.

And in my opinion, it beats the usual Holosync and Monroe Institute offerings. It's more powerful -- and way cheaper.

If you're already on one of those programs, don't interrupt it. Stick with your original program for maximum effectiveness. But if you haven't start meditating yet, this is the perfect place to begin.

So, my recommendation today is for you to check it out - http://www.meditationprogram.com/

And start letting these CDs meditate FOR you! :)

The NLP Secret!

Heard of NLP?

Most individuals in the self-development world have. It stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

And it's essentially a way of talking to the brain in it's own "language"... using stories, pictures and associations.

It's a pretty clever technique - and was pioneered by Dr Richard Bandler back in the 70s.

Well, one of the most advanced techniques Bandler ever taught -- previously only available to high-level NLP students -- has finally been uncovered.

And it's all on a little site called NLP Secret.com.

I've seen the CD course myself and it's a little gem.

It can help you rocket your self-confidence, blast through limiting thoughts, let go of personal issues, get rid of absolutely any fear, and even release "real" problems such as pain or impotence.

Best of all -- it only takes ten minutes to do.

So, today, I'm recommending this site: http://www.nlpsecret.com/.

If you're interested, and have two minutes to spare, check it out.

I think you'll be surprised :)

The BrainEv System

You may have heard of Lee Benson.

He's the Yorkshire genius behind the Brain Bullet software tool. And over the past two years, he's worked with brainwave technicians to help produce a fantastic little product I'd like to introduce to you.

It's called the Brain Evolution System.

Now, as you know, I rarely recommend products.

The only products I do are tools I've had amazing success with.

And this just happens to be one of them.

I've dealt with Lee a number of times in business, and he's one of the sharpest cookies in the box.
Lee has spent the past couple of years developing a brainwave entrainment system that enables you to think faster, sharper and most astutely -- by progressively listening to a series of six brainwave audio CDs.

Use it to rocket your confidence. Attract the right people into your life. Enjoy more energy. Be more creative. Have greater control over your emotions.

It's an amazing technology.

I've personally found myself feeling much lighter, more joyful, and -- quite simply -- happier as a result of using this CD set.

It really does expand your mind.

And you can get started with the Brain Evolution System at absolutely no cost.

To learn more, I'd recommend you visit:

http://www.trybrainev.com/

So, if you get chance, visit the site and signup for yourself. Try it out for a month at no cost and see the difference it makes to your life.

Highly recommended.

Enjoy! :)
